• The arrangement of lessons or materials may be improved, or part of them may be replaced with equivalent or better content, without compromising the essential core of the program.

• The user is responsible for checking the date, time, time zone and method of attendance before confirming the booking.
• The session link or details are sent to the registered communication method, which may be email, WhatsApp, or the chosen meeting tool.
• Requests for postponement or cancellation are subject to the deadline and policy outlined on the booking page. If no deadline is specified, please contact us well in advance, preferably at least 24 hours.
• Failure to attend or lateness that prevents benefiting from the session may result in the appointment being considered used, unless there is an acceptable excuse or the offer states otherwise.
• The platform may have to reschedule due to an emergency situation, in which case a suitable alternative date will be offered at no additional cost to the service itself.
• Individual sessions are not recorded or shared except after clear notice and consent where necessary.

• The final price, payment method, and any taxes or fees shown on the payment page are the ones approved for the transaction.
• Payments are processed by external payment gateways and methods, and may be subject to separate terms and policies.
• The order is not considered complete and access is not activated until payment is successful or manual transfer verification is available.

• Do not share your employer's secrets, customer data, sensitive personal information, or content that you do not have the right to use during exercises and sessions.
• Ownership of the original materials submitted by the user remains with him, but he grants the platform limited permission to process them to the extent necessary to provide training, correction and support.
• Offending content may be deleted or its owner's participation terminated to protect the community and the platform.

• The programs are training and educational, and their goal is to develop English language skills for business and professional communication, and they are not a guarantee of a job, promotion, increased income, or a specific outcome.
• Results vary depending on prior experience, attendance, practice, commitment and individual circumstances.
